ITBABA uses the WhatsApp Business API to send automated notifications to registered users. By using our services, you consent to receive: • Attendance punch in/out confirmation messages • Missed punch out alerts • Daily attendance summary reports • System notifications related to your account You may opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at info@itbaba.com. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our services. We do not send marketing messages via WhatsApp without your explicit consent. All WhatsApp communications comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies.

FieldForce collects GPS location data from field staff devices during work hours. Location tracking: • Only begins after explicit staff consent (consent form must be accepted) • Only occurs when staff are actively using the FieldForce mobile app • Is used solely for attendance verification, route tracking, and reimbursement calculation • Is visible only to authorized administrators within the same organization • Is stored securely and retained for a maximum of 12 months • Can be deleted on request Staff members can withdraw consent at any time, which will disable location tracking.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: • Service providers: Google Maps API (location display), Razorpay (payment processing), AWS/cloud storage • Meta Platforms: WhatsApp Business API provider for message delivery • Legal authorities: when required by Indian law or court order • Within your organization: administrators can view their staff's attendance and location data All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data including: • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) • Secure password hashing • Access controls and authentication • Regular security assessments Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly of any data breach as required by applicable law.
