WhatsApp Communication Policy

Meta WhatsApp Business API Compliant

ITBABA is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP). All WhatsApp communications sent through our platform comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service and policies.

1. Purpose of WhatsApp Communication

ITBABA uses WhatsApp Business API exclusively to send transactional and utility notifications to registered business users and their staff. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

2. Types of Messages We Send

We send the following categories of WhatsApp messages: • Attendance Notifications: Punch in/out confirmation with time and location • Alert Notifications: Missed punch out warnings sent to admin and staff • Summary Reports: Daily attendance and distance summary for managers • Account Notifications: Subscription, payment, and system alerts • Support Communications: Responses to customer queries initiated by the user

3. User Consent

We only send WhatsApp messages to users who have: (a) Explicitly registered on our platform and provided their phone number (b) Accepted our Terms of Service which include consent to WhatsApp notifications (c) Not opted out of WhatsApp communications Staff members receive notifications only after their employer registers them on FieldForce and they complete the consent process.

4. Opt-Out Mechanism

Recipients can opt out of WhatsApp notifications at any time by: • Replying STOP to any message • Contacting us at info@itbaba.com • Updating notification preferences in their account settings Opting out will stop all WhatsApp notifications. Opt-outs are processed within 24 hours.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency depends on staff activity: • Punch in/out: 1-2 messages per working day per staff member • Daily summary: 1 message per day to managers • Alert messages: Only when triggered by specific events (missed punch out, etc.) We do not send bulk promotional messages via WhatsApp.

6. Data Handling

WhatsApp message logs are retained for 90 days for support and audit purposes, then permanently deleted. Phone numbers are used exclusively for service notifications and are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Uses

Our platform does not permit use of WhatsApp API for: • Spam or unsolicited messages • Political messaging • Adult content • Harassment • Any purpose violating Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies

8. Compliance

ITBABA complies with: • Meta WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service • Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) • TRAI regulations for commercial communications • Indian data protection requirements

9. Meta Data Deletion Policy

In compliance with Meta platform policies, users have the right to request deletion of their data collected through our Facebook/WhatsApp integrations. To request deletion of your data: 1. Email us at info@itbaba.in with subject "Data Deletion Request" 2. Use our online deletion request form at: https://itbaba.in/meta/deletion 3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days What gets deleted: - Your WhatsApp phone number and message history - Any Facebook/Meta login data associated with your account - Profile information linked to Meta services After deletion: - You will no longer receive WhatsApp notifications from FieldForce - Your account data on FieldForce platform may be separately managed per our Privacy Policy - We will send a confirmation once deletion is complete For status of your deletion request, visit: https://itbaba.in/meta/deletion/status
