Refund & Cancellation Policy

FieldForce offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features before committing to a paid plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until the billing period ends.

We do not provide refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period with no refund for the remaining days.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances: • Duplicate payment charged in error • Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours • Unauthorized charge on your account To request an exception refund, contact info@itbaba.com within 7 days of the charge.

For custom software development and IT service projects, refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement/contract.

Email info@itbaba.com with your account email, invoice number, and reason for refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
